Introduction** This Privacy Policy explains how **Quantix** (the "Company") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with the Quantix Interface and services. It should be read together with the KYC Policy and the Terms of Use. **2. Data we collect** 2.1 **Identity and verification data**, collected when you complete KYC or KYB through SumSub, including name, date of birth, nationality, government identification, entity and ownership information, and beneficial-ownership details. 2.2 **Wallet screening data**, collected through AMLBot, including wallet addresses and associated risk flags. 2.3 **Transaction and usage data**, including wallet addresses, on-chain activity associated with your use of the Protocol, and technical data such as device and log information. 2.4 **Communications data**, including information you provide when you contact us. **3. How we use data** 3.1 We use personal data to: verify identity and eligibility and perform screening; provide, operate, and secure the Interface; comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements; prevent fraud and financial crime; and communicate with you. **4. Legal bases** 4.1 Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: the performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Interface and preventing financial crime; and, where required, your consent. **5. How we share data** 5.1 We share personal data with: SumSub and AMLBot, for identity verification and screening; SafeHeron, for custody-related functions; professional advisers; and regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal data. **6. On-chain data** 6.1 Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. Information recorded on-chain, such as wallet addresses and transaction history, is outside our control and cannot be altered or deleted. Personal identity documents are held off-chain and are not published on-chain; the Protocol records only eligibility outcomes. **7. Retention** 7.1 We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping periods required under GMC's Financial Services Act 2025. **8. Security** 8.1 We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, consistent with the controls described in the Security and Operational Resilience section. **9. International transfers** 9.1 Personal data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including where our service providers are based. **10. Your rights** 10.1 Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Some data, including records we must retain for legal reasons and data recorded on-chain, may not be deletable. **11. Cookies** 11.1 The Interface may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, and analytics. **12.
