# Interface Terms of Use

#### 1. Acceptance

1.1 These Terms of Use ("**Terms**") govern your access to and use of the Quantix web interface and related services (together, the "**Interface**") made available by *\[Quantix operating entity — full legal name]* (the "**Company**," "**we**," or "**us**"). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

#### 2. The Interface and the Protocol

2.1 The Interface provides a means of interacting with the Quantix protocol, a set of smart contracts deployed on public blockchains (the "**Protocol**"). The Interface is a front end; it does not take custody of your assets, and transactions you initiate are executed by the Protocol and the relevant blockchain, not by us.

2.2 We do not control the blockchains on which the Protocol is deployed, and we cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction once it is submitted.

#### 3. Eligibility and access

3.1 You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you are not a person with whom dealing is prohibited under applicable sanctions or other laws.

3.2 Access to permissioned features is conditional on completion of the KYC/KYB checks described in the KYC Policy. The Interface and certain features are not available to persons in restricted jurisdictions. *\[Insert restricted jurisdictions and any access conditions.]*

#### 4. No advice

4.1 Nothing on the Interface or in our materials is, or should be relied on as, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should obtain your own professional advice.

#### 5. Assumption of risk

5.1 You understand and accept the risks of using the Interface and the Protocol, which include, without limitation: the risk that borrowers default and that you do not recover all or part of your capital; liquidity risk, including that withdrawals may be delayed or subject to available liquidity; the risk that smart contracts contain errors or vulnerabilities; the volatility of digital assets, including QFI; the risk of loss from compromised keys, phishing, or user error; and regulatory risk, including that laws affecting the Interface, the Protocol, or digital assets may change.

5.2 You accept that yields are variable and are not guaranteed, and that past performance is not indicative of future results.

#### 6. Prohibited use

6.1 You shall not use the Interface: in violation of any applicable law or sanctions; to launder money or finance illicit activity; to interfere with, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Interface or the Protocol; or to circumvent eligibility, permissioning, or jurisdictional restrictions.

#### 7. Intellectual property

7.1 The Interface and its content, excluding open-source or third-party materials made available under their own licenses, are owned by or licensed to the Company. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Interface for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

#### 8. Third-party services

8.1 The Interface may link to or rely on third-party services, including wallets, custodians, and screening providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

#### 9. Disclaimers

9.1 The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

#### 10. Limitation of liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Interface or the Protocol.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed *\[cap — e.g. the greater of a stated amount or fees paid to the Company in the preceding period; counsel to set]*.

#### 11. Indemnification

11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Interface, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

#### 12. Suspension and termination

12.1 We may suspend or restrict access to the Interface, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the Interface or its users, or address a security or legal risk. *\[Reconcile the scope of this discretion with the protocol's transparency commitments; avoid drafting an unqualified "for any reason" right if a narrower, stated basis is intended.]*

#### 13. Changes

13.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Interface after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

#### 14. Governing law and disputes

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of *\[governing-law jurisdiction]*, and disputes are subject to *\[courts / arbitral forum — counsel to complete]*.

#### 15. Contact

15.1 Questions about these Terms may be sent to *\[contact address]*.
