Welcome to Quantix Finance
Quantix Finance is an on-chain credit marketplace designed to connect capital providers with institutional borrowers through professionally managed lending pools. Each pool is intended to be operated by an approved delegate, responsible for underwriting, structuring, and ongoing risk management within that pool.
Credit facilities are structured to be overcollateralized with liquid digital assets and monitored through on-chain infrastructure — collateral ratios, loan health, and margin thresholds tracked in real time, with automated margin-call and liquidation mechanisms built to protect lender capital. Participant onboarding includes KYC or KYB verification, and each facility is governed by a Master Loan Agreement.
Lender yield is designed to come from interest paid by borrowers onboarded through the platform's underwriting process — the target borrower base includes trading firms, market makers, investment funds, and digital asset platforms. Where permitted by a pool's mandate, a limited portion of posted collateral may also be deployed through institutional staking or short-duration overcollateralized strategies, within defined risk parameters.
Interest accrues to lenders in the pool's deposit asset and does not depend on the issuance or price appreciation of a reward token.
The protocol is structured around three participant roles:
Delegates establish and manage lending pools, assess borrower creditworthiness, define risk parameters, monitor active facilities, and post first-loss capital that absorbs losses before lender principal is affected.
Lenders provide stablecoin liquidity to pools they select and receive a pro rata share of the interest generated by that pool's credit facilities.
Borrowers submit financing proposals, negotiate facility terms, and draw capital against collateral maintained above the value of the outstanding loan.
QFI is the protocol's fixed-supply native asset, intended to coordinate participation across the ecosystem and support lender incentive programs and governance as those functions are introduced in published phases.
